At Apna Bazar, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy is here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received a wrong item
• The product is unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or opened products
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us with your order details, product images, and reason for return. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Replacement Option

In case of damaged or incorrect products, you may also request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
